Enquiry to cash, on one thread.

cync8 connects enquiries, leads, quotations, sales orders, invoices and collections into a single flow — so nothing waits on someone's memory, and nothing gets chased twice.

Every enquiry gets an owner Quotation to invoice, one record Customer ledgers sync to Tally
01Where sales leaks

Deals don't die loudly. They just go quiet.

Most sales teams already work hard. The problem is rarely effort — it's that the trail between an enquiry and a payment runs through calls, WhatsApp and memory.

01

An enquiry sits in someone's WhatsApp

No owner, no due date — until the customer calls a competitor instead.

Enquiries
02

Nobody knows if the quotation went out

The MD asks the sales exec. The sales exec checks their own inbox to be sure.

Quotations
03

Orders get confirmed with no record of what was promised

Delivery and billing find out the terms after the fact.

Sales orders
04

Invoices sit in Tally, but nobody's watching who owes what

Collections becomes a once-a-month scramble instead of a daily habit.

Collections
02The sales flow

One flow, from enquiry to cash.

Each stage in cync8 is a record, not a memory — so the next person in the chain sees exactly where things stand.

STAGE 01

Enquiry & lead

Captured once, assigned to an owner, visible on the pipeline.

Lead capture
STAGE 02

Quotation

Built and sent from the same record as the enquiry.

Quotation builder
STAGE 03

Sales order

Confirms terms once — delivery and billing work from the same order.

Sales orders
STAGE 04

Delivery

Marked against the order, not chased over a phone call.

Fulfilment
STAGE 05

Invoice

Generated from the order and synced toward Tally.

Invoicing
STAGE 06

Payment & receipt

Tracked against the invoice until the balance clears.

Collections
Follow-up and activity tracking run under every stage — a follow-up reminder has an owner and a due date, so "did anyone call them back?" has an answer before someone has to ask.

04Visible, not verbal

Sales activity, visible to the whole team.

From verbal updates to a visible pipeline

Every deal has a stage, an owner and a next action — not a status only one person remembers.

Web + Mobile
  • The Kanban pipeline board shows every deal's stage at a glance — not just the ones someone remembered to mention.
  • Follow-up reminders flag what's due today, so a lead doesn't go cold because everyone assumed someone else had it.
  • A Sales Manager sees the team's pipeline and targets; a Sales Executive sees their own leads, tasks and numbers.
  • The quick-action modal and calendar/agenda panel keep fast entry available from the field or the desk.
05Still your Tally

Your sales team runs ahead.
Tally stays in step.

Sales in cync8 doesn't sit apart from your accounts. When a customer is created in cync8, the ledger is created in Tally. Invoices and receipts recorded here connect through to Tally — so your sales team and your accountant are working from the same numbers, not two separate versions of them.

What connects to Tally

  • Customer ledgers created in Tally when a customer is added in cync8.
  • Invoices and receipts recorded once, visible in both systems.
  • Existing customers and ledgers pulled in when you set up.
  • Keeps working through an internet drop — it queues and catches up.
06Connected solutions

Sales doesn't work alone.

cync8 is one platform — sales connects to the rest of how your business runs.

A sales order is only as good as the stock behind it. See how Inventory & Purchase keeps stock and reorder connected to the same sales flow.

07Straight answers

Questions sales teams actually ask.

Does this replace invoicing in Tally?

No. Tally still handles your accounting. cync8 generates the invoice from the sales order and connects it through to Tally, so the ledger stays aligned without your team typing the same invoice twice.

We already send quotations as PDFs over WhatsApp — what changes?

The quotation builder creates the document and the record together. So the quotation your customer received and the one your team can see are always the same one — not a version that only exists on someone's phone.

Can our field sales reps use this without a laptop?

Yes — cync8 is available as a web app and a mobile app at the same time, so a rep can log an enquiry or check a customer's outstanding from their phone.

Will this tell us who to call about overdue payments?

Outstanding and receivables ageing reports surface which customers are overdue and by how long, so collections calls can be prioritised instead of guessed at.
