Know what's owed, what's due, and what's true.

cync8 gives your finance team live receivables, payables and cash visibility, day to day. Voucher-level detail, GST and statutory filing stay exactly where your CA already looks for them — in Tally.

01Receivables

Collect on time, not eventually.

Outstanding invoices, customer-wise ageing and payment history in one view — so follow-up happens before an account turns overdue, not after.

What you see

Outstanding, ranked by age

  • Invoice management and payment/receipt tracking, in one screen.
  • Outstanding reports with customer-wise ageing.
  • A Finance Officer dashboard built for exactly this job.
Why it matters

Follow-up before write-off risk

  • Know who to call first — not who called you first.
  • Payment behaviour sits on the customer's record, visible to whoever follows up.
  • No separate collections spreadsheet to keep updating by hand.
02Payables

Know what you owe, and when.

Purchase orders, GRNs and vendor payments connect to the same ledger — so payables don't surprise anyone at month-end.

What you see

Purchase-to-payment, connected

  • Purchase orders, GRN against each PO, and purchase returns.
  • Supplier-wise purchase history and vendor payment status.
  • Supplier-linked reorder — a purchase order can raise itself before a stock-out.
Why it matters

No end-of-month surprises

  • What's owed to which supplier is visible before the invoice lands on a desk.
  • GRN-to-invoice matching happens against the same purchase record, not a separate file.
  • Payables sit next to receivables — one picture of cash coming and going.
03Bank & cash

Cash position, without asking accounts.

What's been collected, what's still pending, and what's due to be paid — visible to the Finance Officer and MD from the same dashboard, without a separate cash workbook. Bank statements and reconciliation stay in Tally, where they belong.

Money coming in

Receipts against invoices, as they're recorded — not a weekly summary someone compiles by hand.

Collections

Money going out

Vendor payments tracked against purchase orders and GRNs, so payables are never a guess.

Payments

Reconciled where it counts

Actual bank statements and reconciliation stay in Tally — cync8 doesn't duplicate that job.

Tally
04Customer & vendor ledgers

One ledger view, not two systems.

Customer 360° and Vendor 360° show balance, payment behaviour and history — and sync to the Tally ledger automatically the moment a customer or vendor is added.

01

Customer 360°

Balance, payment behaviour, quotations, orders and invoices for that customer — in one record.

Customer ledger
02

Vendor 360°

Purchase history, GRNs and payment status for that supplier — in one record.

Vendor ledger
03

Auto-created in Tally

Add a customer or vendor in cync8, and the ledger is created in Tally — nobody re-types it.

Tally sync
04

Duplicate detection

The sync checks for existing ledgers before creating new ones, to keep the chart of accounts clean.

Data hygiene
05Reports

The numbers, without the spreadsheet.

Outstanding reports, purchase reports and business-wide analytics for the MD — generated from the same data your team already enters, not a separate reporting exercise.

Business-wideThe MD sees finance sitting alongside sales, stock and HR.
06Tally continuity

cync8 handles the operational work.
Tally stays the system of record.

cync8 handles operational finance day to day — invoices, receipts, outstanding tracking, customer and vendor ledgers. Tally remains where accounting ledgers, GST and statutory filing live, and where your CA and auditor already look.

  • Customer and vendor ledgers are created in Tally automatically when added in cync8.
  • Invoices and receipts sync both ways — no double entry between the two systems.
  • GST and statutory filing stay exactly where your CA already expects them: in Tally.
  • Internet drops? The sync queue holds and catches up automatically.
Queue Holds when internet drops. Retry Catches up automatically. Both ways Activity and ledgers stay aligned.
07Straight answers

What finance leaders actually ask.

Does this replace our Tally accounting?

No. Tally remains your accounting and compliance system of record. cync8 handles the day-to-day operational finance work around it — invoices, receipts, outstanding tracking and ledgers — so accounting doesn't have to be re-done twice.

What about GST filing and statutory compliance?

That stays in Tally, exactly as it is today. cync8 doesn't touch statutory filing — it feeds Tally cleaner, faster ledger data so that work is easier when it happens.

Can our accountant keep working the way they do today?

Yes. Nobody has to re-train Tally or change how the books are closed. cync8 connects around the Tally setup you already have.

Does cync8 handle expenses too?

Not yet — expense management is on our roadmap, not part of the platform today. We'd rather say that plainly than imply it's live.

09Book a visibility assessment

Ready to see receivables, payables and cash in one place?

A working session on your actual ledgers — not a slide deck. If cync8 isn't the right fit yet, we'll say so in the session.
