Know where the team is.
Know what got done.

Field reps run on phone calls and WhatsApp photos today. cync8 gives every visit a task, a check-in and a proof of work — on the phone your rep already carries into the market.

01The field reality

Right now, a visit is one phone call away from being invisible.

Ask an MD how they know a rep visited a customer today, and most answers start with "I think" or "let me call and check." By the time anyone finds out a follow-up was missed, the deal has usually gone cold.

Today

  • A verbal update, if it comes in at all.
  • A WhatsApp photo as the only proof a visit happened.
  • No record of who visited whom, or when.
  • When a rep leaves, the customer relationship leaves with them.
02What the manager sees

Visibility for the manager, not a leash for the rep.

cync8 turns field activity into three connected views — assignment, proof, and visibility — instead of one long phone call at 6pm.

TASKS & ASSIGNMENT

Assign the day, not just the target

  • Field tasks
  • Customer visits
  • Follow-ups
  • Reminders
  • Calendar & agenda

Every visit and follow-up has an owner and a due date — not a WhatsApp message that gets buried.

CHECK-IN & PROOF

A visit that can be confirmed

  • Check-in / check-out
  • Location context
  • Visit logging
  • Notes & outcome
  • Proof of work

A visit is confirmed by the system, not just claimed by the rep.

MANAGER VISIBILITY

The day's movement, as it happens

  • Real-time field activity
  • Team movement
  • Visit history
  • Role-based dashboard
  • Field reports

See who's out, where, and what's been done — as it happens, not at the end of the day.

03Built for mobile

A field rep's day, without a laptop in sight.

The Field Module is a full mobile app — Android and iOS — task list, check-in, visit notes and proof of work, all from the phone a rep already carries.

Field activity shows up on the manager's dashboard the same day — not after an evening phone call.

04Accountability, not surveillance

This is visibility. It isn't a leash.

Field agents get a role-based view of their own tasks, visits and targets. Managers get the roll-up — who's out, where, and what got done. Nobody has to defend their day against a stopwatch.

cync8 shows what was done, and where — not a minute-by-minute leash on the rep. The goal is fewer "did anyone visit them" phone calls, not more surveillance.
05Straight answers

What owners actually ask about field teams.

Do field reps need a laptop?

No. The Field Module is a full mobile app — Android and iOS — task assignment, check-in, visit notes and proof of work all happen on the phone a rep already carries. No laptop required.

Is this constant GPS tracking?

Location context is captured at check-in and visit logging, so a visit can be confirmed — not a continuous surveillance feed. It's built to answer "was the customer visited," not to track every minute of the day.

What if there's no signal in the field?

Field reps travel through patchy coverage — we'd rather say this plainly than oversell it. The app needs a working data connection to log and sync a visit, and we're not going to promise offline behaviour we haven't proven yet.

Is field tracking a separate system from sales?

No — it's the same platform. Field visits, tasks and check-ins sit alongside leads, quotations and orders, so a field update shows up directly in the pipeline your sales team already works from — nothing to connect or sync separately.

Field teams don't run in isolation.

Visits, tasks and check-ins connect straight into the rest of the business.

06See it on your team

Ready to see your field team clearly?

A short working session on how task assignment, check-ins and visit proof would look for your reps — on your business, not a slide deck.
