Start with a real onboarding call, your real Tally data, and your own team — then decide with your own numbers, not a sales deck. India pricing is shown upfront; GCC and other regions are quoted after we confirm billing and rollout scope.
India visitors see INR pricing upfront. GCC/UAE and international visitors see TBD pricing until billing and rollout scope are confirmed.

India pricing: additional users in packs of 5. Annual: pay 12 months, get 14 (14.3% saving). Prices exclude GST. GCC/UAE pricing is currently TBD in AED.
Plain and simple: bi-directional Tally sync is included from Growth upward — it isn't held back for Enterprise, and it isn't a paid add-on on top of your plan.
Most CRMs sold into the Indian market were designed for large sales organisations first, then priced down for smaller ones — a sales-led rollout, a dedicated implementation team, seat minimums that assume you're already big. cync8 was built for a distributor with 10 to 100 people from day one. No implementation team required, no multi-month rollout. That's a large part of why the India plans stay practical for owner-led teams instead of drifting into enterprise software territory.
A flat monthly platform fee assumes you're already a 50-person company. Per-user pricing means a 5-person sales team pays for 5 people — not a platform built for someone else's headcount.
Some CRMs charge more as your customer list, ledgers, or order history grow. cync8 doesn't charge extra for the thing you're actually trying to build — more customers, more history, more accurate ledgers.
Add users in packs of 5 as you hire a new field agent or sales executive. No renegotiation, and no forced jump to the next tier just because your headcount crossed an arbitrary line.
Anyone with a login counts as a user — a sales executive, the finance officer, a field agent, or the MD. That includes people who mostly just approve things or check dashboards, not only people entering data every day.
Not within a single account today — a plan applies to the whole account, and every user on it gets that plan's features. If part of your team needs Tally sync and part doesn't yet, the simplest path is usually to put the whole account on Growth. Tell us your specific split in the assessment and we'll give you a straight answer on what's possible.
You decide, with your own data in front of you. If cync8 fits, you choose a plan and your users continue without interruption. If it isn't right, the pilot simply ends — there's no card on file to auto-charge, because we never asked for one.
For India plans, there is no setup fee on Starter, Growth, or Professional — the price shown is the price. Enterprise accounts, GCC/UAE accounts, and international rollouts with custom workflows or data migration get a scoped onboarding plan agreed before you commit to anything.
For India billing, displayed INR prices exclude GST — it's added at the applicable rate on your invoice. GCC/UAE and international billing terms are confirmed during the assessment.
GCC/UAE pricing is currently TBD and will be quoted in AED after the assessment. We will not surprise you with a USD card charge or a hidden conversion.
Starter needs a minimum of 5 users; Growth and Professional need a minimum of 10. That reflects roughly where a shared CRM and Tally sync starts earning its keep. Below that, WhatsApp and a shared spreadsheet might genuinely still be fine — we'll tell you that honestly in the assessment rather than sell you seats you don't need.
Book a one-hour assessment on your business — not a slide deck. If cync8 isn't right for you at your stage, we'll say so in the session. Just have a question first? We're happy to answer it before you book anything.
